Proposal Presentations for BVOH Programs for Sept 1, 2008 to Dec 31, 2008
10 minute oral presentations

  1. Description of proposed program with list of activities and timelines.
  2. Number of participants (children, youth, adults, and/or seniors);
  3. Cost of proposed program and preliminary budget.
  4. Collaborative relationships and benefit to the communit.;
  5. Evaluation and documentation of proposed program activity.

The Board and public will have 10 minutes to ask questions or comment. At 8:00 p.m. the Board will reconvene in Executive Session to consider the proposed programs.
